Users of HiHR shall not:
- Engage in abusive, fraudulent, misleading, or discriminatory behavior.
- Harvest, scrape, or extract candidate or employer details without explicit authorization.
- Transmit malware, viruses, or disruptive computer code.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, alter, or breach the security architecture of the website or database.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- HiHR does not verify every claim made in job descriptions or applicant resumes. Employers are solely responsible for conducting background checks, credential verifications, and interviews.
- HiHR shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform or relationships formed through it.
